I am not what you can call a TV or a movie fan, so to say. Why? Well, I grew up in a very poor family. My parents could not afford a simple TV set back then and when I was a teenager, I never got to see any movie because I had no money. Unlike girls and boys my age, I worked very early on. I had to because if I did not, we would have died of hunger a long time ago. My father got sick and could not work anymore for the family. Being the eldest, I felt I had to take over because my mother was too weak to take care of the family. I was deprived of my childhood, I can say that. But I promised myself that should I have a family of my own, I will make sure that my children would not experience the things I had to endure. Today, my son asked if he could see the latest kerry katona film. I gave him money and told him to enjoy himself. I wanted to keep the promise I have made many years ago. |

Sometimes I wonder how it is to live the life of Hollywood celebrities - with its glitz and glamour. But among all of them, I find angelina jolie truly exceptional. For me, she is one who has gone beyond fortune and fame. For her to take on such an active role in promoting peace and fighting poverty and hunger around the world, is just amazing - a class act that is hard to follow. If more celebrities could be like her, then there is no doubt that Hollywood will be so much better. Angelina is a class act because instead of drowning herself in glory, she chose to extend a helping hand to those in need. She chose to share her blessings to those who don't have enough in life. She has proven to the world that money and popularity can be used to better the lives of others. Angelina has used her influence and her power to make a positive change in society. Her children should be really proud to have a mother like her and Brad is lucky man to have such an amazing woman by his side. |

The success of a movie depends on how the movie has been written, how the movie has been directed and also how the movie has been cast and produced. There are some movie directors and producers who have some kind of signature when it comes to the type of movies they direct. A movie director like tim burton is famous for producing movies that are considered to be dark and broody. Just because he has created, produced and directed such movies does not mean that these are the only movies that he can produce. For the people who like movies with no sense of humour like 'corpse bride', and even 'nightmare before Christmas' are well aware of the works of tim burton. He has also tried his hand on comedy films and they have all been a pure success. Movies like 'charlie and the chocolate factory, a movie that is like by so many kids and also 'alice and wonderland' movie has also been directed and produced by tim burton. These are the qualities of a good movie director and actor. |

If there is one country that has gained trust and respect from the others, it is UK. This is because the state has never slept from the time it knew the need to work hard to raise the status of the economy. There comes a time in a man`s life where one has to choose between the family and financial status. For many people, money is the best choice because they reason that you can always get another family but when an opportunity for money by passes you, you will have no second chance. For other celebrities like matt damon, sending people to war because of these reasons is not right. He gave this opinion during the war in Iraq. Damon felt that everyone should be involved in fighting crimes and it should not be about class at all because this was one way of dividing people in terms of class. He also criticized the vice president candidate Palin saying that she was not ready to lead a country if McCain does not make it in the first term. He just wanted to find out if she thought the white house was some Disney movie and found it rather absurd that she believed dinosaurs existed around three thousand years ago. This was his opinion and he was entitled to it as a celebrity. |

I am trying to read a book for the book club that I had to join and I am not even done a chapter. This is because I always find something better to do than to read and that is where a disadvantage becomes all the time. I could say my biggest distraction is the internet. I am always on the internet via my phone especially if I am not doing anything important. That is actually the time I could use for reading but instead I use it for chatting with friends on Facebook. The first book club meeting was a disaster because many members had finished reading the book and I could not share because I had only read a few pages. That is when I decided to deactivate my account on Facebook until I could finish reading the book. I was glad there was no way in which I could know how to contact facebook by phone uk and this would prevent me from activating my account. So i finished the book then returned to Facebook and whenever i got a new book i would deactivate my account and then resume after i had finished reading the book. |

Remember many television stations are always looking for TV personalities who will spice up their stations, and so for actors they do stand a chance in hosting programs. It is something that has been happening for sometime now and is quite clear that this is what television producers actually look for. In the case of audrina patridge, her modeling career and actress at the same time is what bought her close to the screen as a television personality hosting a program. Your character, sense of humor and how you carry yourself around people is what sells you, so as an actor you should be keen on the things you do in public well as in front of the camera because you never know where it will land you. My baby sister is a tomboy and my mother is not happy about that. I was a stubborn kid and always spent time with my brothers and my father in his garage in that my mother gave up dressing me up in dresses that were hard to navigate in because they were everywhere. My mother wanted a baby girl would actually enjoy dress ups and when she gave birth to my baby sister she was ecstatic, if only she knew how she would. Since my brothers were not around, my sister resulted in to playing soccer with the neighborhood boys. Her main inspiration comes from the movie 'Bend It Like Bekham' that was cast by keira knightley and Parminder Nagra. She says that my mother is the one person who has made her regard at soccer at that angle. I imagined how my mother should have felt. That is why I visit her at least twice a week so that she cannot feel alone and I allow her to choose something for me to wear. |

My young brother is the one basket ball player in his year in high school, who is being highly wanted by very many universities in the state and also outside. He already knows which university he wants to play for and he gets tired when camera men are always on his face asking him which team he is going to play for. There is a press conference that has been set up and when he announced his choice, people were surprised. The students that wanted them to play for their school even started spreading rumors on his facebook that he is doing that because our late mother worked their as a genitor and that is why he did not want to play for that school. This really hurt him because he adored my mother, and he plays basket ball so well so that he can honor her. We tried calling facebook help phone line so that they can help us put an end on these rumors by increasing security but they kept on telling us that we keep on blocking them. this became tiring because he would get numerous messages in his inbox and this broke his heart and that is when he deactivated his facebook account and openly declared his detest in that social network. |

Part of my job is to scour the net looking for new sites. I'll typically use a search engine as my "discovery tool"- entering phrases like graphic design companies london (if I'm looking for such companies).
If I had to name a favourite site, it would be Feedly.com. Most of the time I spend on the Internet I read RSS news feeds in my Google Reader. But since I discovered Feedly, I rarely open Google Reader anymore. The website reads your feeds settings from Google Reader and then shows them to you in clean and sleek look. Feedly's layout allows you to arrange, organize and customize your news feeds just the way you like it. For example, there's a special "grid" view for easier view of design or art websites that allows you to preview the thumbnail of a news item, making it easier for you to decide if to click it or to move on to the next item. The keyboard shortcuts are very helpful, as well, so you can really save time focusing on items that interest you the most by quickly moving from one item to another, or marking the whole page read. Another great thing is suggestions by keywords on the top of the page. When I'm viewing a certain topic, I can use the suggestion feature to find articles and websites similar to what I'm viewing and subscribe to their feed in a click. Overall, a great experience. |

Most of the people that are using the internet and know how to operate it well when asked how they came to learn on how to use the internet then you will be amazed with the kind of answers you will get. Some will tell you that they learnt it from the school where they were taught about how to operate a computer while others will tell you that they were taught by their friends who knew how to operate. Others will tell you that they developed an interest of joining the social networking websites so that they can connect to their pals and keep up with them. These are some of the many responses one can get from people who are using the internet today. One of the most used social website is facebook. Many of the internet users are using it to get connected to their friends. Well some of the people keep their profile private cause they do not want the other people to view it so it becomes hard for someone to see it. Many are the times have heard people asking ,how do i view a private facebook profile? It is very hard to view a private facebook account cause the person has not allowed you to. it is good that you talk with the person and then they will allow you. |

I am 28 years old. When I was a child, every train car in the subway system of New York City was covered top to bottom with graffiti. Many of the adults seemed to think this was a big problem, but I loved it. I thought it was fantastic that art was everywhere, and free, unchained art at that. One day a resolution passed where all the cars would be cleaned and there was a major crackdown on graffiti in the subways. It was sad. Nowadays, instead of fantastic murals of art, you get the occasional marker drawing of a penis or some curse words. It's pathetic. Where's the American Banksy for example? It's all low brow stuff.
In trying to clean the city, it made the graffiti much worse. In the tunnels is a different story. In the train tunnels the truly brave artists still venture to paint their pictures. Looking out a subway car window you can see names, murals, and long stories told by creatures of New York City's night. Here's to the driven artists that still do this. Some of us think you're doing the right thing. |

Who in the world can live without friends? I bet very few or none at all because friends count so much in our lives. They are the people who are there when we need them in times when we have achieved something and we want to celebrate we call family and friends, when we are grieving we need some one to give us shoulders to lean on. When we need to talk we want some one who will listen to us with out placing judgment on what we say. In fact most o the time all a person needs is someone who will listen to them. In friendships it is good to only offer advice when e are asked to do so. Friends at times can be more than family and my emphasis is that we should respect our friends, be there for them and take them for who they are and not what we thin they should be. When you want to share photos and some information with friends nowadays you can do it on Flickr friends. All you will need to enter is your flickr address and you can go ahead and send the photos. |
