Instances that would cause one to deactivate Facebook account

I am trying to read a book for the book club that I had to join and I am not even done a chapter. This is because I always find something better to do than to read and that is where a disadvantage becomes all the time. I could say my biggest distraction is the internet. I am always on the internet via my phone especially if I am not doing anything important. That is actually the time I could use for reading but instead I use it for chatting with friends on Facebook. The first book club meeting was a disaster because many members had finished reading the book and I could not share because I had only read a few pages. That is when I decided to deactivate my account on Facebook until I could finish reading the book. I was glad there was no way in which I could know how to contact facebook by phone uk and this would prevent me from activating my account. So i finished the book then returned to Facebook and whenever i got a new book i would deactivate my account and then resume after i had finished reading the book.
