After graduating from college, Sally did not think that it was going to be that hard to get a job. She had passed her college exams very well, and so she had hoped to get a very good job to start with, which was not the case. The many jobs she got were paying very low salaries, and she turned all of them down. When she finally decided to accept whatever job she got, she got a job with Motorola customer support. Customer care was her specialty, and therefore working with the customer support group was ideal for her. She was put in the section where she was going to be receiving motorola helpline queries. However, before starting the job, she was required to undergo a two month intensive training on the job. When she finally started working, she offered all her best. After a year, she got a promotion, and a pay rise. She was happy she accepted the job although it was paying lower that she was willing to settle for, but with promotions, she had a hope of getting even more than she wanted.
