If you are a victim of a hit and run by a rash driver, you can rightfully demand compensation. Most people think that there is nothing they can do about an incident when they are run over by cars. But this is not true. There are a few things that you can do to get justified compensation. If you were hit by a car, you may or may not have been able to make a record of the vehicle number. Even if you try and get the number from a witness, it will boost your claim.
The next step is to report to the police as soon as you are in a position to do so. This is the basis on which your claim can be filed so this is an important step.
Make sure that you get good medical attention to treat your injuries from the accident. This will also act as a good medical record to further your claim.

According to a ruling in 2001, in the case Watson v Skuse, the judge ruled that even though the pedestrian had carelessly dashed out in front of the car and got struck by the car, the motorist had a “duty of care to all pedestrians” and should exercise a high degree of alertness to look out for young, for the senior citizens, the disabled and even the foolish people, especially so in urban areas and in cities and near schools. In this case, the pedestrian was made liable only for thirty per cent negligent. In another case, the claimant was drunk at the time of being hit, and he was made two thirds liable making the driver one third liable for negligence. |

If you have had an accident and are looking to claim compensation, you may wonder exactly what money you are entitled to. Once you have found a company or personal injury lawyers, they should be able to advise you but below is an idea of what you should be able to claim.
You will get compensation for your injuries. There are different amounts of money paid to compensate for different types of injury. For example a broken arm will pay out less than head injuries. The length of time you have sustained the injury for will also be taken in to consideration as a permanent injury will pay out more than something that heals within a few months.
As well as this money you can get other money too. If you have been off work on statutory sick pay, which is normally less than a salary, you will be able to get the difference back. This will cover all of the time you have been off work. If you had to pay for care while you were injured, maybe enlisting the help of a professional carer, friend or family member to do things for you while you were unable, you can claim back any money that you paid them. You may not get this, but you can try. If you have had to pay for any medical treatment including medication then you should be able to claim that cost as well.

Ebay has been in existence for quite some while and has thus supported the auctioneers and bidders to enable the buying and selling used and unused products. With ebay as an online organisation, many people have benefited such that even the second hand materials have been sold to bidders to help an auctioneer who may have needed that cash so much, probably in doing important payments such as paying school fees. Equally, with the auctioneering available online, time and energy that one would use to search for bidders or auctioned product has been reduced into doing other important things that may as well help in building the society and the econmomy at large. However, ebay ffraud cases have also been realized in the sence that some people auction stolen property to the bidders and leave the bidder holding a property that is not approved. But such cases, if noticed can be reported to the ebay authourities online so as to save the bidder from any embarrassment to the public. Reports in eBay can be done on the contact number that is available on their website or by sending an email to the authorities in charge. |

E bay is online business for those people who are trading and marketing.People here buy things from internet and they receive them to there destinations.Payments are still done using back accounts and credit cards.Buying products from internet is more cheap compared from shops near you.Most of people who buy products are business people who buy stocks from another country which is cheap and when they come to sell to country they get more profits.Most goods products which are sold are large quantities and as a whole sale.Those using are complaining that the problem with ebay is you dont know kind of people you are trading with and what they are capable of.When making making payments,you must pay in full account because you are not allowed to pay in small basis till you complete.Its either you have money for doing business or you stop till you get capital for managing it.The major problem which is tracked down, is payments getting lost and its because of fraud people who are stealing money from people online.The processing of transactions can be slow and you get goods with delay. |

Being a grown-up means not getting all the presents on birthdays that I was used to receiving as a kid. This year, for some reason, I did get a number of gift cards, however, from either Target or Barnes and Nobles (everyone knows how much I love to read). I myself prefer to buy people specific gifts e.g. I bought my brother one of those thomas sabo watches on his birthday, and he was very chuffed with that.
However, I'm grateful if anyone buys me anything - including gift cards, although I think the Target cards were either a hint that I needed to buy some nicer clothes or more junk food, not sure which! After consolidating all of the cards, I found I had accumulated the grand total of $150. Happy day! My brother and I had a deal that after we both graduated from college, I would purchase World of Warcraft, in order to be able to play with him. After college I would have time. The downside was, of course, either I would have a job, in which case I would be busy again, or I would be unemployed and broke. With my lovely birthday surprise, I was able to purchase the game, along with all of the expansions and a 60-day game card before I got the job and without going broke. Completely a luxury purchase, but I consider it good bonding time with my brother, and well worth the splurge for my last birthday!

Whenever I go to the supermarket, I am always looking for the lowest prices. Of course, there are some items that I like specific brands of, but generally I buy what is on sale. My mother always taught me only buy things when they are on sale, and the castors on my trolley pretty much home in one the cheapest goods. Something is always on sale and if you are buying it at full price, you are getting ripped off. Take for example soda pop. A twelve pack can run as high as six dollars including deposit. However, if you buy it on sale, you can get it for three fifty including deposit. That savings adds up to a lot of money each week. I often wonder why some people don’t care how much money they are spending on their groceries. Even if you have a lot of money, wouldn’t you rather use it for things like trips instead of food at the supermarket? I know I would, and that is why I bargain shop. |
